Chop onion, tomato, coriander and green chilli

Mix sooji, rice powder and yogurt together. Add water. Make sure the mixture is not too thick or too thin. Add chopped onion, tomato, coriander and green chilli.

Heat 2 tsp of oil on frying pan. Then pours 1 scoop of mixture on the pan and spread it.

Fry both the sides until it’s light brown.

For chutney mix all the ingredients mint leaf, green chilli, lemon juice, tamarind juice and salt together.
