1/2kg Dhaka ponir
1/4tsp chaat moshla
1cup flour
2tsp sooji
1/2tsp black pepper
Salt
Oil

Cut ponir into cube pieces and mix with chaat moshla

Mix flour, sooji, black pepper and salt with water. Make a thik batter.

Dip ponir cube in batter and fry in deep oil
