Red velvet cake

I like baking since I was 12. I learned baking cakes from my mother basically and of course from the iconic Bengali cook book by Siddika Kabir - 'Ranna, Khaddo, Pushti'. And now internet is also my teacher.
I am sharing recipe of a red velvet cake that I made recently for a dear friend of mine on her wedding anniversary as a gift.
The cake is two layered. And both layers need to be baked separately. I have shared recipe of a single layer here.

Bake in a spring form mold for 40 minutes in a pre heated oven in 180 degree. For Miyako oven users this heat should be 150.
Follow the same method for the second layer too. This cake used two layers in it.

For Frosting : Whisk in all the ingredients together till the texture is smooth in medium speed.
I have used some golden and silver edible flakes and some red velvet cake crumbs to decorate.
