Clean prawns (keep the shell). Chop onion, garlic, green chilli and spring onion

Fry the prawns in deep oil. Fry until the prawns turn brown.

On another frying pan fry the garlic with 3 tsp oil.

Heat butter. Then sauté onion. Then add the fried prawns. Add salt, sugar and chilli flakes. Stir well.

Add fried ginger and spring onion and stir for 1 min.
