  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/3 cupbeans powder
  • 1/4 cuptamarind water
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1tblspoon of yeast
  • 1/8 cupsugar
  • 1 1/2 cupswarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water+yeast+sugar and mix

  2. 2

    Add flour +beans powder+baking powder and kneed add tamarind water and mix together

  3. 3

    Cover to rise for 1hr

  4. 4

    The fry over medium heat and deep oil
