So the technique of day 3 is steaming. And when it comes to steaming... my most favorite recipe that pops up in my mind is rawa vegetable idlis. It's such a tasty and healthy recipe. Do try this and share your cook snaps!
Steps

Soak semolina in sour idli for about half an hour.

Take a pan, put some oil and add the mustard seeds. Let them splutter and then add curry leaves.

Now add this to the soaked semolina mixture. Add the chopped veggies, cilantro and salt as per taste.

Take some water in a steamer and let it boil.

Brush the idli moulds with oil.

Take some idli batter in a separate bowl and add a teaspoon of fruit salt. Mix it well. And pour the mixture into the idli moulds.

Let it steam for 7-8 minutes and your idli will be ready to be served. Repeat in the same way for the rest of the batter.

Take out the moulds. Leave it for 2 minutes so that it becomes normal as it's too hot.

Demould the idlis. And serve it hot with coconut mint chutney or any your choice of chutney.
