Ingredients

5 mins plus chilling time
1 serving
  • 1/4water melon (cut in pieces)
  • 1 tsppink himalayan salt
  • 1 tbspred syrup (Thai red syrup or rose syrup)Alternatively, can use sugar syrup/ maple syrup
  • 1 glasswater

Steps

5 mins plus chilling time
  1. 1

    Place watermelon into a freezable bag then pop in the freezer for a few hours.

  2. 2

    Defrost them for 10 mins. Add the watermelon, salt, 1 and a glass of water to a blender.

  3. 3

    Blend to form a thick slushie consistency. If its too thick you can add more water and blend it again.
