Ingredients

5 mins plus chilling time

1 serving

1/4water melon (cut in pieces)
1 tsppink himalayan salt
1 tbspred syrup (Thai red syrup or rose syrup)Alternatively, can use sugar syrup/ maple syrup
1 glasswater

Steps

5 mins plus chilling time

Place watermelon into a freezable bag then pop in the freezer for a few hours.

Defrost them for 10 mins. Add the watermelon, salt, 1 and a glass of water to a blender.

Blend to form a thick slushie consistency. If its too thick you can add more water and blend it again.
