Mix the breadcrumbs with parsley, onion, and salt. Set aside.

Beat the eggs with a splash of milk.

Coat all the beef with flour and shake off the excess.

Bread the floured beef by dipping it in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a tray until all pieces are coated.

Heat the oil and fry the cutlets. Place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
