In a pot, cook the chicken breast with enough water over medium heat until well cooked, then let it cool.

In a small pot, add the 7 tomatillos and 2 serrano peppers with a little water, and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, separate the cilantro leaves from the stems and finely chop the leaves. Also, finely chop the onion and slice the lettuce.

In a blender, add the cooked tomatillos and serrano peppers, 1/4 of the onion, 1 garlic clove, the poblano pepper, the cilantro stems, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Blend until smooth.

Now, cook the sauce in a pot and let it simmer for a bit.

Meanwhile, shred the chicken breast.

Now it's your time: In a hot skillet, pour a little olive oil and add the tortillas one by one to fry them slightly (not super fried), just until they turn golden. Flip them and do the same, then remove!

On a plate, make a bed of the sauce we prepared and place a tortilla, a bit of chicken, and close it.

When you reach the desired amount, pour more sauce over them.

Add lettuce, onion, cilantro, cheese, and a bit of sour cream.
