In a bowl put flour,add salt and mix.put it aside

In another bowl put milk,add yeast,sugar,melted margarine/butter and the eggs the whisk until well incorporated

Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and combine to form a soft dough.knead for 10 minutes to form a non sticky dough.keep it covered with cling film and kitchen towel for one hour or until it doubles in size

After it rises,roll out the dough to about 1/2" thickness and cut using a dough cutter.cover and let it proof again for about 15 minutes

Heat the oil and fry the doughnuts until nice and brown

Also fry the inner balls.very delicious

This is how it should look on the inside...enjoy with tea
