Ingredients

10 minute
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/4 cuprice flour
  • 1 tspRed chillI powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • Pinchhing
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • PinchBaking soda
  • for stuffing:
  • 2potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1Green chilli chopped
  • 1 inchginger grated
  • 2 tbspcoriander chopped
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRef chilli power
  • 1/2jeera
  • Pinchhing
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 4large chilli bhaji mirch
  • As neededOil for deep fry
  • 1/2 cupgrated paneer

Steps

    Instructions
    besan batter recipe:-

    🌸Firstly, take besan, rice flour, chilli powder, haldi, hing and salt. mix well.

    🌸 Further more, add water and make a smooth batter.
    also add a pinch of baking soda and mix gently.

    Stuffing recipe:-

    🌸 Firstly take mashed potatoes, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and paneer.

    🌸Also add haldi, red chilli powder, jeera, chat masala, salt and hing.
    mix well.

    Mirchi stuffing recipe:-

    🌸Firstly, slit green chilli at the centre and remove seeds.

    🌸Also stuff the potato stuffing into the chilli.

    dip the stuffed chilli into besan batter, coat and deep fry to golden brown.
