Ingredients

  1. As neededGhee
  2. 1 cupCondensed milk
  3. 1/2 cupMilk powder
  4. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  5. 8-10 threadsSaffron
  6. 1/2 cupMango purée

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1 tsp ghee on pan and then add 3/4th cup milk powder

    And then add 3/4th cup condensed milk, mix well until combined. Stir until it reaches Dough consistency. Transfer into a separate plate

    Again add 1 tsp ghee in pan and then add 3/4th cup of mango purée and a pinch of cardamo powder and a pinch of saffron. Stir until puree is slightly thickened.

    Add milk powder and condensed milk mixture. Cook till the lumps removed and mixture is thick. Let it cool down a bit. When still warm, roll it to make pedas
