Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpoha
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. 2chopped onion
  4. 1chopped 🍅 tomato
  5. 1 tbspchilly-ginger past
  6. 2 tbsplemon juice
  7. 6-7curry leaves
  8. 2 tbsppeanut
  9. 2 tbspturmeric powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1 tbspmustered seeds
  13. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  14. 1 pinchAsafoetida (Hing), optional
  15. 1 tbspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take poha in a large strainer.Wash it 1-2 times by gently swifting them with your fingers under running water. Drain the excess water through a strainer.

    Heat 2-tablespoons oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds; when they start to splutter, add pinch of asafoetida,cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilly Ginger past, curry leaves, onion, Tomato, and peanuts.

    Add chopped potatoes and Salt to taste, lemon juice, sugar.mix well and cook for a minute.then add soaked Poha. And mix well and cook for 2 minute.

    Mix well and turn off the flame. Batata poha is ready for serving.
