Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 1 cupchopped veggies
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1 tbspchopped onion
  5. 1 tspgrated ginger
  6. 1 tspchopped chilli
  7. 6-8curry leaves
  8. 1dry chilli
  9. 1/3Jeera
  10. 1/3 tspurad dal
  11. 1/3 tspchana dal
  12. 1 tspground nuts fried
  13. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  14. 1 pinchasafoetida
  15. 1/2 tspsambar masala powder
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. As neededOil to Cook
  18. 1 tbspSev to garnish(optional)
  19. 1/2 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and clean poha and keep on a strainer.

    Heat oil. Add hing, zeera, urad and chana dal and curry leaves. Cook for 1 min in medium flame.

    Fry onions till translucent. Add chopped veggies like carrot and beans, chilli, tomatoes, ginger,salt, turmeric, sambar masala. Cook till done.

    Now mix poha with the cooked masala well. Garnish with lemon juice and sev.

    Masala Poha is ready to serve. Thanks
