Cooking Instructions

Wash and clean poha and keep on a strainer.
Heat oil. Add hing, zeera, urad and chana dal and curry leaves. Cook for 1 min in medium flame.

Fry onions till translucent. Add chopped veggies like carrot and beans, chilli, tomatoes, ginger,salt, turmeric, sambar masala. Cook till done.

Now mix poha with the cooked masala well. Garnish with lemon juice and sev.

Masala Poha is ready to serve. Thanks
