Heat oil in a pan. add onion big pieces saute until onion turn light brown. it will take approx 2-3mintute..

Now in the same oil..
add tamoto pieces and cook for another 2 min..after that add turmeric powder, Coriander powder,red chilli powder and kasuri methi mix all and saute till oil comes up. - 3
Add salt and 1/2 cup of fresh cream..mix it and saute it for 2 min...your malai do pyaza is ready..
