Ingredients

  1. 2big onion, cut them in to big pieces
  2. 2medium sized tomatoes,cut them in to big pieces
  3. 1 tspcrushed kasuri methi
  4. 1/4 cupfresh cream
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. add onion big pieces saute until onion turn light brown. it will take approx 2-3mintute..

  2. 2

    Now in the same oil..
    add tamoto pieces and cook for another 2 min..after that add turmeric powder, Coriander powder,red chilli powder and kasuri methi mix all and saute till oil comes up.

    Add salt and 1/2 cup of fresh cream..mix it and saute it for 2 min...your malai do pyaza is ready..
