  3. 1tomato
  4. 1capsicum
  5. iceberg leave
  6. 1cumcumber
  7. As requiredmint mayonnaise
  8. As requiredplain mayonnaise
  9. As requiredperi peri mayonnaise
  10. As requiredred chilli sauce
  11. As requiredtandoori mayonnaise
  12. For tandoori kebeb
  13. 5boiled potato
  14. 1carrot
  15. 10beans
  16. 1/4 cupboiled corn
  17. 1green chilli
  18. To tastesalt
  19. 1 tspblack pepper
  20. 2 tbsptandoori mayonnaise
  21. 1 cupbread crumb
  22. As requiredoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled the potato. grind the carrot,bean,corns and green chilli.Take a bowl add all veggies,potato, salt,black pepper, tandoori mayonnaise, bread crumb and mix it well.

    Take the small portion of mixture and make the small tikki and coat with bread crumb. fry it.

    Chopped all the veggies.

    Take the loaf and apply some butter and heat it.spread the tandoori mayonnaise and put all the chopped veggies and put the tikki over veggies and spread all flavor mayonnaise.

    Serve it.
