Knead a soft dough using the ingredients mentioned above. And keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Take a bowl, add all the chopped veggies, mozzarella cheese, mixed herbs and salt to this.

Now take a ball sized dough, roll and flatten it using pin wheel. Apply some pizza sauce on this and spread it all over leaving the sides.

Place 1tbsp of prepared stuffing in the middle of the flattened bread.

Take the edge and start pleating, taking it to the centre. Make sure it is sealed tightly so that the stuffing doesn't comes out while rolling it.

Sprinkle some flour and roll it slightly thick. Now place it on the hot griddle or tawa.

Roast it from both sides brushing it with a little bit of oil.

Your pizza parantha is ready to be served! Serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy your meal.
