Take a pan and biol the milk, switch off the flame, add lemon juice or vinegar in hot milk and leave for 10 to 15 min, when milk become curdle, then strain it in muslin cloth and some water pour it.then hang it for 1/2 an hour.

Hand mashed the product, knead soft and smooth dough.and make same small balls same in size.

In a pan, sugar,water Elaichi are put together, when sugar is dissolved, add the milk balls in it then cover it and cook for 10 to 15 min on medium flame. Turn off the flame When milk balls become soft. Take out the milk balls in serving dish, pour the sugar syrup mixed with rose water, onto it and serve with chopped pistachio and almonds.
