Clean the green beans, remove both ends and the strings on the sides. Slice the chili peppers diagonally, crush the ginger, and mince the garlic.

Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant and wilted. Then add the ground beef and sliced chili peppers. Stir until the beef changes color.

Once the beef changes color, add water, sugar, salt, bouillon, pepper, soy sauce, and chili powder. Cook until it thickens.

Next, increase the heat, add the green beans. Stir well for just 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
