Ingredients

  • 2/3 bowl chopped spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons besan
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 bunch chopped coriander leaves
  • As needed oil
  • To taste salt
  • 1/4 tsp. hing / asafoetida
  • As neededcucumber,onion,tomato slices for presentation

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash adding water before cutting all ingredients,then put all ingredients to the bowl, mix all ingredients well,don't not to adding water.

I have used spinach in various recipes in winter ,it gives minerals,vitamins,and it contains more than a dozen of antioxidants flavonoids compound that have a anti _ inflammation properties .
