Ingredients

  1. 1 litrebuttermilk
  2. as neededoil
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  5. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  6. 2onion chopped
  7. 1potato chopped
  8. 1 spoonginger and garlic
  9. 3 spoonbesan

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadai and add jeera in it.

    Then add ginger and garlic paste in it and add chopped veggies in it and cook it.

  3. 3

    Then besan mix into lassi and mix lassi and in saute mixture.

  4. 4

    Cook for 30 min.

  5. 5

    Ready to eat.
