Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlleftover rice
  2. 2carrots chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 2green chillies ,chopped
  5. 4 sprigschives
  6. 2capsicum chopped
  7. To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspmustard oil for cooking
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. 2onions chopped
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, once it crackle, saute all vegetable till the vegetables are cooked well, add all spices, mix well.

    Add cooked rice or left rice, mix well with vegetables.

    Once done turn off the heat and transfer the Manipuri Style Chak Angouba into a serving dish.
