Ingredients

  1. 1flank or skirt steak
  2. Guacamole (recipe in my collection)
  3. Pico (recipe in my collection)
  4. 1 canblack beans rinsed and drained
  5. Rice of preference (I used cauliflower)
  6. Marinade
  7. 1/4-1/2 CDale's steak seasoning or your favorite steak marinade
  8. 1-2 Tbsphot sauce (used tapatio)
  9. Juice of 1 lime
  10. 4crushed garlic cloves
  11. Dry Seasoning
  12. Onion powder
  13. Cumin
  14. Chili powder
  15. Paprika
  16. Oregano

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the steak at 1-3 days prior in marinade ingredients

  2. 2

    Guac and pico can be prepared in advance

  3. 3

    Cook rice. If using riced cauliflower this can wait until the end as it cooks quickly

  4. 4

    Use meat tenderizer to tenderize meat. Remove from marinade and sprinkle on dry seasoning ingredients. Cook on hot grill 15-20 mins to done preference.

    Let meat rest about 10 minutes and then dice up

  6. 6

    Assemble bowls with steak, rice, pico, beans and guac
