Cooking Instructions

Start off by dry roasting the semolina till light brown(keep the flame low, as it's a time consuming process)

Once done,keep aside

Add ghee and once it's melted,add the cashews

Saute them till light brown and keep aside

Next add the Curry leaves,Hing,urad dal,cumin and mustard seeds,green chillies in the wok

After a few seconds,add chopped onions

Saute on low heat till translucent

Then add the boiled vegetables.saute them for a few seconds, so they are crispy

Add the water next and bring to a boil

Add salt and sugar.Give it a stir

Once boiling add the roasted rava and keep stirring simultaneously to avoid creating lumps(or add the rawa in portions and keep mixing)

Once all the rava is added,reduce heat and cook till the mixture comes together

Finish off by adding Coriander leaves and sauteed cashews

Mix well and take off heat

Serve warm.Enjoy!
