Line the baking pan with parchment paper, separate the egg yolk from the white

In a mixer on a high-speed beat egg yolk and sugar till thick and creamy

Beat egg whites on a high speed also for like 2 minutes

Then add the butter milk to the egg yolk mixture,then the dry ingredients and lastly the egg whites and mix well

Pour it to baking pan and spread it well and bake for 8 minutes

Then roll it immediately after baking and remove the parchment paper, allow it to cool,then unroll it and spread whipped cream and roll it again
