Spicy multigrain methi and banana thepla

Take a bowl add multigrain flour. Add Dahi, jaggery, red chilli powder, haldi, Ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, garam masala,hing and mix it.

Then add Methi leaves and coriander leaves, mashed banana, salt and white sesame seeds,oil,water. Make a smooth dough.

Keep aside for half hour.

Then make medium size balls.

And make thepla medium size.

And saute in tava.

One side thepla looks brown pour ghee and turn off other side and pour ghee.

Thepla is proper saute then remove on gas.one by one all thepla saute with same process.

Serve with hot.

Serve with pickle.
