Place tomatoes in boiling water long enough to loosen the skins, they will peel off easy this way (be careful will be very hot)

Place all ingredients into the slow cooker

Cook until thickness desired
- 4
Can in quart jars
- 5
I do not use a hot water canning for them. They are boiling hot in the jars. just heat lids in boiling water for a few minutes
