Ingredients

  1. Choley ingredeints
  2. 250 gBoiled White Choley
  3. Onion 1 small chopped
  4. Green chilli 2-3 chopped
  5. Tomato half chopped
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspChat Masala
  8. 1 tspRoasted cumin seed powder
  9. 1 tspRed chilli crushed
  10. Salt as your taste
  11. Sweet Dahi Ingredients
  12. Yogurt half kg
  13. Sugar powder half cup
  14. Gol Gappay Ka Pani ingredients:
  15. 1 tbspChat Masala
  16. 1 tspSalt
  17. 1 tspBlack Salt
  18. Lemon Salt (Tatri) half tsp
  19. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  20. 1 tbspSoont (Dry Ginger powder)
  21. 1 tbspRoasted White Zeera Powder
  22. Tamarind (imli) Water 1 glass (Soaked Tamarind in hot water overnight. Then discard seed and strain it)
  23. Cold Water 1 jug
  24. Gol Gappay Ingredients:
  25. 2 cupsSuji
  26. Maida Half cup
  27. 1 tspSalt
  28. Water (As required to make dough)
  29. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Choley method. Take a bowl add white choley, Onion chopped, Green chilli chopped, Tomato chopped, Red chilli powder, Chat Masala, Roasted cumin seed powder, Red chilli crushed, Salt. Mix all the ingredients. Gol gappay Choley is ready.

    Sweet Dahi method. Take a bowl add yogurt, sugar powder and mix it well. Sweet yogurt is ready.

    Gol Gappay water: Take a bowl add all species in bowl, add Imli water and a jug of cold water. Mix it

    Gol Gappay water is ready.

  4. 4

    Gol Gappay: Take a bowl add suji, maida and salt and knead a hard dough. Cover it with wet cloth for 30 mins. Now make a ball and roll it and make chapatti. Now cut out small round with the help of cutter. Now make fry in warm oil. Fry it from both side. Gol Gappy is ready.
