Ingredients

  1. 5large potatoe
  2. 50grm bread crumbs
  3. 50grm flour
  4. 2tblspn corn flour
  5. Halftspn ginger
  6. Halftsp garlic powder
  7. Halftspn black papper
  8. Tspn chilli flakes
  9. Seasoning
  10. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoe,wash,cook untill tender

    If boil strain the water,add the potatoe in a bowl and add chilli flakes,seasoning, garlic powder,black papper and mashed and combine well, refrigerate for 10minuted

  3. 3

    Grease hand with oil to prevent sticking and take a small size dough to make a cylinderical shape In a small bowl add corn flour add water Roll potato fingers flour and dip in corn flour mixture then roll in bread crumbs till coated and refrigerate for 5minutes

    Deep fry in hot oil
