Steps

Cut small rounds of bread with a small cutter.

Take peda and crumble it well.

Make a sugar syrup with sugar and water and cool it. A little thicker that one string sugar syrup.

. Divide the syrup into theee portions and add orange and green colours to make the tiranga cham cham.

Similarly divide desiccated coconut into three portions and mix green and orange food colours.

5. Now dip two pieces of round bread in plain syrup, squeeze it, place 1/2 tsp of sweet khoya on it and cover it with another soaked bread like a sandwich and slightly press it.

Cover with second white round and roll on the white desiccated coconut.

Similarly do the same procedure for orange and green too.

Take an almond and press on each one. Refrigerate for some time and serve.
