Sub sy pehle besan main 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Tarmiric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, kati palak kata podena dal kar thora pani dal kar dough bana lein zada soft na ho

Phir is dough ko hath sy gol aur lamba roll sa bana lein 2 roll bana kar rakh lein

Aub dabble boiler par rakh ke in dough roll ko 20 min ke liy steam kar lein

Steam ke baad isse cool hone dein phir in ke mote slices kar lein aur in ko golden fry kar ke nikal lein

Aub ek karahi main oil garam krein phir pesi piyaz dal kar 10 min pakain phir ginger garlic paste dal kar 5 min pakain

Us ke baad sare dry masale dal kar 5 min bhon kar Tomato pure add kar ke bhon lein

Oil laga ho jaye tu brown ke slices jo fry kar ke rakhe thay wo add krein 1/2 cup pani dal kar 1 tsp garam masala, hari mirch dal kar slow flame par 10 min dam laga dein ready hai
