Soak rajma overnight rinse water put in cooker add water in it and salt and give whistle on high flame for 10 minutes and dein on medium flame for 10-15 minutes

Make puree of tomatoes onion and ginger

Take kadai put oil jeera hing and puree add all spices

Add rajma and amchur in it garnish with chopped green coriander leaves rajma ready to serve with rice
