Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook rice until medium cooked with a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Fry butter, finely cut; onion, tomato & capsicum together.

  3. 3

    Add rice and veggies in large pan. Boil in water with chicken stock.

  4. 4

    Panfry shrimp & fish balls in butter and garlic.

  5. 5

    Add all together and simmer
