Ingredients

  • 250 gmcarrots small pieces
  • 1/2 cupfresh green garlic
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cupfresh methi (fenugreek)leaves
  • 1/4 tsprai/mustard seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tsphaldi/Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspdhania(coriander) powder
  • 1/4 tsplal mirchi(red chilli) powder
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in cooker.

  2. 2

    Put rai then put green garlic and green chillies.

    Saute for a min.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes cook till oil saperates.

  5. 5

    Put carrots and all dry spices.

  6. 6

    Mix well. Put chopped methi. Mix it. Add 1/2 cup of water.

  7. 7

    Cover the lid and pressure cook it for 1-2 whistles.

  8. 8

    When pressure is released serve hot with roti.
