Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwashed Coriander leaves
  2. 1/4 cupchopped Capsicum
  3. 1 tbspYogurt
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. 1-2 tbspraw peanuts
  6. 1/2 tspSugar
  7. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  8. 1/2 ” Ginger
  9. 1 tspSalt
  10. 1 tbspLime juice

Cooking Instructions

    Take washed and chopped coriander leaves to the blender.

  2. 2

    Add roughly chopped capsicum, salt, whole cumin seeds, sugar, peanuts, green chilies and a small piece of ginger.Give it a churn.

    Add yogurt for smooth blending
    Don’t add any water.

  4. 4

    Once everything is blended and you get a smooth paste take the chutney out in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice to give a tangy flavor to the chutney
    Enjoy with sandwich and snacks.
