Cooking Instructions

Take washed and chopped coriander leaves to the blender.

Add roughly chopped capsicum, salt, whole cumin seeds, sugar, peanuts, green chilies and a small piece of ginger.Give it a churn.

Add yogurt for smooth blending
Don’t add any water. - 4
Once everything is blended and you get a smooth paste take the chutney out in a bowl.

Add lemon juice to give a tangy flavor to the chutney
Enjoy with sandwich and snacks.
