Homemade Pani puri and Pani

In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients for puri and knead the soft dough. Rest the dough for 30 minutes to half an hour. Cover the dough with damp cloth.

After that start making puri by rolling it into a bid disk and then cut it into round shape with a container lid or cookie cutter/ glass etc.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the puris in a hot oil on high flame.

Blend mint, coriander, ginger and garlic in a mixer, also add tamarind pulp.

Strain the blended mixture through strainer so that we can get smooth water.

Add all the spices mentioned and aampanna to it and the water is ready.

For stuffing: Boil 3-4 potatoes and mash it, add chopped onions (optional), cumin ground, chat masala, 1 tbsp saunf and strained mint extract, mix well and here the stuffing is ready.

All puris, pani and stuffing is ready to serve. Enjoy it with family.
