  • garlic
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2green bell pepper
  • 1/2red bell pepper
  • black pepper
  • sweet and hot paprika
  • leftover stew meat
  • leftover chickpeas from the stew
  • stew broth
  • oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Once the vegetables are well sautéed, add the leftover stew meat and cook for a few minutes.

    Add the chickpeas and broth. Boil for 10 minutes, then check for salt and adjust if needed.
