Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. 1 1/3all purpose flour
  3. 1 1/4 cupswater/ warm milk
  4. 3 tbspmargarine/ flavourless oil/ butter softened
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbspsugar or more to taste
  7. 1 1/4 tspinstant yeast

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flours and the salt

  2. 2

    Mix the water and the sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the yeast

  3. 3

    Mix the butter with the flour.

  4. 4

    Mix the flour mixture with the water mixture to form a dough.

  5. 5

    Put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and let it proof for two hours.

  6. 6

    Punch out the air in the risen dough to form a rectangle then shape the dough.

  7. 7

    Put the dough in a prepared tin and let it proof for another one hour

  8. 8

    Preheat your oven to 180°.

  9. 9

    Bake for 30 mins to 35 mins.

  10. 10

    Let it cool before serving.
