Ingredients

  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cuppoha
  3. 1 tbscorn flour
  4. 1 cupchopped onion
  5. as requiredCrushed peanuts
  6. Handful coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tbspsalt
  8. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  9. as per tasteChat masala
  10. 1/4 tbspblack salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl put poha in it and some water to dip poha in it. Leave it for one minute

    Mashed potatoes add peanuts then add onion, coriander leaves, salt, chat masala

  3. 3

    Then squeeze water from poha and add poha in potato mash

  4. 4

    Make a soft dough then prepare poha cutlets

  5. 5

    Take a pan heat the oil in it. Put poha cutlet one by one and shallow fry the cutlets. Fry till golden brown. Ready to serve with sauce
