Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds when splutter add grated tomato and saute for 2 minutes now add ginger chilli paste, turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder saute for 1 minute add mashed boiled potato mix well and keep aside to cool.

Arrange 2 bread slice apply tomato potato mix and cover with another bread slice and press. Now dip into batter & fry both the sides in hot oil.

Add water, salt and make a batter(batter should not be thin nor thick, enough to coat the back of a spoon). At time of frying add baking soda and hot oil mix well.
