Steps

Add Garlic, ginger, chilli and onion to the blender and blitz to a paste. Heat pan and add paste, cook it out for few minutes.

Then add spices and roast for few minutes on pan.

Add Chicken strips and cook all over.
- 4
Add Chicken stock and bring to the boil.
- 5
Add peppers, then Canned Tomatoes and simmer for 40 minutes.
- 6
Sprinkle over coriander and serve with Boiled Rice or see my Easy Naan Breads.
