Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchmethi (fenugreek leaves) chopped
  2. 3potatoes
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. As per taste Salt
  5. As per taste Red chilli
  6. Pinchturmeric powder
  7. 1Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a kadai put it on flame and add oil, after that add cumin seed in it and add onion in it and fry for few mins.

    Now add tomato, salt, chilli, turmeric in it and cook it until the paste leave oil it's self.

    Now add potato and methi and mix it properly and cook it at low flame for fifteen minutes. Now serve as you like, it's ready to eat.

    Enjoy with rice or roti.
