Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1Whole 3 lb Chicken
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper freshly ground
  • DashBasil to taste
  • Butter Flavored Pam
  • 1Disposable Roasting Pan

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and Pat dry the chicken

  2. 2

    Put the chicken in the pan

  3. 3

    Spray with Pam and sprinkle on the salt pepper and basil (Pictured is lemon pepper and dill)

    Bake uncovered at 450 for 45 to 60 min until it reaches 165 and starts to fall off the bone
