Buns for Sliders Buns for Sliders
I made this using a bread maker, but you can knead it by hand. We love sliders but we can't find the perfect buns for them. You can glaze the top with yolk and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top for better finish. This recipe will yield about a dozen buns, more or less. If the buns are too thick, cut and remove the middle part. You can use this for sandwiches later! When you are making bread, sometimes you need to add more flour or fluid. Check the consistency of the dough and add flour or fluid accordingly. Angela Mertoyono -

Hamburger Buns (Soft) Hamburger Buns (Soft)
I used to make buns with recipes for hard hamburger buns, but I was looking for a softer variation that blends well with the filling. This recipe makes soft and delicious buns without any trouble.Usually there's a lot of rules for baking, but you can make this nice and easy by mixing everything together for primary fermentation, then divide for secondary fermentation. Eat as it is, or toast. The dough will settle down and be firmer from the next day. For 18 after dividing dough into 50 g portions. Recipe by mitesolo cookpad.japan -
Hong-Kong Style Pineapple Buns (菠蘿包) Hong-Kong Style Pineapple Buns (菠蘿包)
HK-style pineapple buns, aka bolo bao, do not actually have pineapple as an ingredient. The name comes from the crunchy topping that loosely resembles a pineapple. They are a staple of Chinese bakeries in Hong Kong, and are good for breakfast (plain), lunch (as sandwich), tea time (with a slab of butter inside), or dessert (with ice cream)! Hamburger buns Hamburger buns
Having been confined at home for several weeks, I'm craving for a good cheeseburger. Unfortunately, it is really hard to find ready-to-eat hamburger buns in supermarkets where I live, in Japan.Cooking time says 4 hours, but most of it is waiting! Just make sure you're getting started early enough to have your buns ready when it's time to assemble burgers.I found this recipe online and made a few adjustments before my first time baking:- converted all quantities to metric- adjusted for 4 buns- reduced sugarGiving credit where it's due, here's a link to the original: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/233652/homemade-hamburger-buns/ David -

Mexican Coffee Buns aka Rotiboy Mexican Coffee Buns aka Rotiboy
I only just heard the this Mexican Coffee Bun is not actually Mexican but Asian. I'm not really sure about this, but the website I saw stated that. Cookie dough on bread is actually quite normal here where I'm from (Polo buns are an example). My brother used to love these Rotiboy, as we call them, and we would have it at least three times a week for breakfast. Try it, you won't regret it.Ps The amount of coffee in the cookie batter can be adjusted to preference. Yoru -

Hong Kong Pineapple Buns (Bolo Bao) Hong Kong Pineapple Buns (Bolo Bao)
Being dubbed by the Hong Kong government as one of its 480 intangible cultural heritages in June of 2014, pineapple buns are one of Hong Kong’s iconic baked goods. One might assume that these crispy yet soft and fluffy treats taste like pineapples but that’s not where its name came from. They were named after the appearance of their crispy top, which resembles the skin of a pineapple. Pineapple buns are commonly eaten for breakfast or afternoon tea.#mycookbook Lavender -
