Easy to make and my baby eats veggies added in it as they are soft

Pour 3 spoon oil in a pan, add cloves and stir fry.. add onions and garlic paste, stir fry till onions turn soft. Add remaining cut veggies like carrots, potatoes (you can add peas and green beans)

Mix salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Coriander powder into the same pot. Fry them all for sometime till they turn soft. amd Now pour half a cup water and let the veggies cook for couple of minutes.(this would make the veggies soft which my baby personally likes)

Once done add rice and cup more water and give 3 to 4 vessels for the rice to cook. Dish is ready to be served. I usually add ghee to the dish for flavour.
