Ingredients

It took 10 minutes to cook.
  1. 400 gmsUrad daal
  2. 1Carrot
  3. 1Tomato
  4. as requiredWater
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tablespoonBaking soda
  7. as requiredCoriander leaves chopped
  8. 1onion
  9. 1/2 cupRice atta
  10. as requiredOil
  11. 6Green chillies

Cooking Instructions

It took 10 minutes to cook.

    Firstly we can grind urad dal & mix water, salt, baking soda & rice atta in a bowl & kept for 3 hours because the mixture should be fermented a little bit.

    Then we can take a pan & pour oil little bit. We can heat the pan & pour the mixture by uttapam shape. We can put the carrot, tomato,onion, green chillies, Coriander leaves on that uttapam.

    We can pour some oil & fry one side of uttapam for 5 minutes & then we changed another side of uttapam & fried it till the whitish brown colour will come
