Ingredients

4 servings
  1. For filling :
  2. 1-2Carrot julienne
  3. 1/2 medium sized Cabbage finely chopped
  4. 1/2Capsicum, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cupCheese grated
  6. 2 tbspOil
  7. 2Spring onion white part, sliced
  8. 2Green chillies, sliced
  9. 1 inchGinger, sliced
  10. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  11. 1.5 tbspVinegar
  12. 1.5 tspSugar
  13. a fewBread slice sides, chopped
  14. 1 handfulfresh Coriander leaves, chopped
  15. FewSpring onion green part, chopped
  16. As required Outer Shell
  17. 8-10Bread slices, sides cut

Cooking Instructions

    For filling:
    Heat oil in a pan, add spring onions white, green chillies, ginger and saute it for a minute.

    Then add chopped veggies and saute it for 1-2 minutes then add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix it will.

  3. 3

    Once the veggies start leaving water,add the chopped bread sides and saute for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.

    Add coriander leaves, spring onion and mix it well and let it cool.

  5. 5

    For samosa outer shell

    Take a slice of bread and flatten it out with the rolling pin and then apply a very little amount of water on it.

    Now start filling the samosa, take a spoon full of stuffing and place in the center and fold it in a triangle shape, then seal the edges.
    Repeat this process and do the same with rest.

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry samosas on medium flame hot until golden brown from all sides.
    Serving hot with tomato ketchup.
