First wash and soak tuar dal for 20_30 min.

Now place dal in cooker add salt and turmeric powder. And cook funtil 3/4th done.

Now open the lid and vegetable, chilli powder and sambhar masala cook another 2 whistle.let it cool open the lid and add imli and Jaggery cook for 1 boil.

Take a Tadka pan add oil warm it add Curry leaves, whole red chilli mustards seed,asafoetida temper it on cooked sambhar.

Tasty sambhar is ready to serve with z idi dosa and appe.
