Ingredients

  1. 4chapatis
  2. 4tsf maida/refined flour
  3. 4boiled potatoes
  4. 1big onion finely chopped
  5. 3green chillies finely chopped
  6. 1/2 bowlground nuts. Coarsely crushed
  7. 1/2tsf red chilli powder
  8. 1/2tsf Coriander powder
  9. 1/2tsf garammasala
  10. for taste Salt
  11. 1tsf Kasturi methi Crushed
  12. 1/2 bowltomato sauce
  13. 1/2 bowlnamkeen
  14. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    First cut roti/chapatis into two half's. Then take maida and add water to make Slurry paste.

    Now take boiled potatoes and add onions+chillies finely chopped +ground nuts+chilli powder +Coriander powder +garammasala +salt +kasturi methi. Mix them well to make filling.

    Make cone from the half piece of roti

  4. 4

    Stuff filling inside it and dip in maida Slurry such that it's tip and open end is covered by Slurry. Prepare every cone as above.

    Then heat oil in kadai and deep fry rolls till light brown. After frying it crispy brown dip it in sauce and namkeen at last.

    Your delicious 😋 roti roll is ready to serve
